Mandone is a salary-first hiring platform. We collect as little data as possible and process it under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Your email to sign in, and what you enter in your profile: name, city, expected salary, experience, skills, nationality, and your CV if you upload one. For employers: company name, email domain and industry.
Who sees your data
Before you accept an invite, a company sees only your first name, city, years of experience, expected salary and a skills summary. Your full name, email, phone and CV are shown only to the company whose invite you accepted.
Why we process it
To match you with jobs that fit your salary, to send invites, sign-in codes and interview times, and to measure platform quality in aggregate without identifying you.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time via privacy@mandone.com. CVs of deleted accounts are removed within 30 days.
Storage and security
Data is stored on encrypted servers and never sold to third parties. CV files are stored under random names and only served through authorised links.
